What is a will letter? Does the writing of a will require the presence of lawyer or can it be done without having one present?
A person can leave a will if he wants his wealth to be divided in certain ways. Faraid will only be used as a problem solving method if there is no will or instruction left by the deceased when he is still alive. The will letter is recommended to be written officially in front of an administrator so that it would not be argued upon by the heirs of the deceased. However, if the deceased had spoken of his will that is agreed by his heirs, it is considered as an official will. For example, the deceased said that a certain amount of his wealth will be given to charity when he dies. Although it is not written, the heirs had heard of his wish, so it is considered as a will.
