i. Private Business (Single)
The business is owned by a private owner. Business capital is made up of own savings and loans. Other financial resources include hire purchase, leasing and trade credit. The owners also have complete control over the business.
ii. Business Partnerships
Business partnership consisting of more than one affiliated to do business with the aim of making a profit. Business capital derived from the contributions of partners. Profit is distributed according to the percentage of capital contribution of each.
iii. Business Companies
The Company is an entity registered under the Companies Act 1965. It is a separate entity with the owner. The Company is composed of private limited companies and public limited company.
Cooperatives are a form of business organization formed by a group of people with voluntary basis equal rights and mutual understanding. Cooperative capital consists of fees and units of shares held by its members.
