We are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities and roles as the leading Waqf, Zakat, Mal and Hajj organization in driving the advancement of the ummah through institutional strengthening by :
- Coordinate and implement the Department’s annual programs on endowments, Zakat, Mal and Hajj institutions at least three (3) times a year.
- Coordinate and publish Journals / Bulletin / Books / Manual / Annual Report and JAWHAR Calendar at least three (3) publications a year.
- Ensure complaints and feedback regarding JAWHAR are made to the customer not exceeding seven (7) working days from the date the complaint is received.
- Ensure payment of the bill or claim is processed and executed within 14 days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
- Ensure JAWHAR’s website operates 99% within a month.
