Client’s Charter

We are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities and roles as the leading Waqf, Zakat, Mal and Hajj organization in driving the advancement of the ummah through institutional strengthening by :

  1. Coordinate and implement the Department’s annual programs on endowments, Zakat, Mal and Hajj institutions at least three (3) times a year.
  2. Coordinate and publish Journals / Bulletin / Books / Manual / Annual Report and JAWHAR Calendar at least three (3) publications a year.
  3. Ensure complaints and feedback regarding JAWHAR are made to the customer not exceeding seven (7) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  4. Ensure payment of the bill or claim is processed and executed within 14 days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
  5. Ensure JAWHAR’s website operates 99% within a month.
